Simple Blog Profits Video 8 – Pagerank, Backlinks, And Getting Indexed.

Author: OK… Welcome to video number 8… in this video we are going over the easiest way to get the search engines to find your blog. You never want to do a “submission” you always want to link your blog with other sites in your niche that are already ranked… i have done this method countless times and have seen some of my sites get picked up in less than 1 hour.
Here is a rough outlink of what you want to include:
- High Pagerank Backlinks (usually 1-4PR is good in smaller niches)
- You can use link exchanges BUT they aren’t as powerful as direct links from a site
- Posting comments on blogs in your niche will work well… do not be a spammer – join the conversation
- Use youtube to gain instant traffic by “hookin up” with high traffic videos and videos that are already ranked for terms in your niche… there are TONS of these.
-Post good content on hub pages, article sites, press releases, audio sites, ect.
REMEMBER – you can re purpose all of your content and use it in many places. Let the content and the inbound links do the work for you.

I’ve just watched video 8 and my mouth dropped open!
What an eye opener – I will get the SEO Quake add on from Firefox immediately (WOW)
As I said before my site at http://www.GermanShepherdDogsToday.com is indexed and getting good positions – but I’ve only got 1 backlink so this latest video has come just at the right time. I will also add Adsense (thanks for the tip).
I will do the same for my Blogger blog and will look at putting up a Wordpress blog on a subdomain on my site so I can take advantage of Web 2.0 to get backlinks.
Who knows – I might get some ‘ranking’ to go with my SEO positions!

I liked the videos but you did step through things and did not explain them.
1. wordpress program used to set up your site, like web site tonight if using godaddy.
2. you used FTP Client it appeared to be part of wordpress but doesn’t make it easy on website to night. FTP sites are mostly for bulk down load but what does it mean?
3. I applied for adsence but got email back my sit was not up at the time and they said it was to hard to find. where do you go then?
4. Click bank account why are you using it and how much is a basic account? I’m on SSN and can not afford 97 a week. I’m still trying to make my first dollar from the jewelry web site.
5. Aweber What is this web site doing for you and how much does it cost?
6. Never herd of Ezinearticals where you write articles about your site? cost?
7. needhit How does this help? Is it cost effective to making that first dollar? It appears that I spending a lot more to make that first dollar.

Categories Short Description, Image Alternate Text:(250 characters), Meta Tag Title:,Meta Tag Description:(250 characters), Meta Tag Keywords:(1000 characters), I did research on key words and put them in these boxes, godaddy really did not explain how these work but did mention that google did not like duplication.
9. Did not explain how money gets to your account. Do your need a merchant account?
a lot of realy good information did not mead to drop the hammer on your videos it is really difficult to talk about something your are so familiar with but sometimes you assume we have herd of or are using something or that and we may never have herd of it or seen it. Know how do i take what you presented and use it in a shopping cart.

And I get a decent amount of visitors every day.
However, I dont sell any book.
No one clicks on my adsense or clickbank offers.
Nothing nada zip zilch.
Now i turn to you guys, could you please help me out?
