Hey dude. How about a video showing a quicker way to add more traffic to your personal sites.

Okay – here’s what would really help:
A real life, “true story” – taking a newbie, such as myself, through the WHOLE process. From start to finish!!
Including the real story behind how much money is needed, really, to get started, how many subscriptions to webservices, etc.
Remember, I DID give you $500 extra of my money and did not really receive the tutoring.
But I truly believe that if you told the story of a total internet newbie – learning everything – showing it, with his comments and what’s hard, what’s not, etc.
A real story of someone who you showed the ropes to.
That would sell like a million bucks. AND it would be useful.

It would be really helpful to me if you reviewed a few websites that your clients are having trouble with and posted your suggestions for improvements.
And in conjunction with that you ideas about traffic campaigns or other strategies.
I suppose on the other hand, pointing out sites that are doing well would be helpful but there might be an unwillingness to share such information from your client base. Maybe they need not be your client.
Lastly, I have a rather fun idea. (Well maybe). I have a domain that I sort of took over. It is parked because I cannot figure out what to do with it. At one time it was wildly popular however the product was not so popular. The idea of the product was funny and got lots of attention at the time being the #1 naturally ranked site for the keyword “roadkill”. Anyhow, I am so close to it I haven’t been able to think of a way to use it as a springboard to something that will make money. I might consider disclosing it for you to use as an example of bringing something back to life – sort of an experiment for your videos and for your following.

I think a lot of us would benefit from some business ideas and different ways for teens to make money. The other thing is that you could teach about stock market, wholesales would be nice too. Wholesales and liquidation are both great ways to make money.
I used to know a friend who went to tradeshows and whatever item sold the most (such as these little blinking lights that are magnetic.) and searched where he could get em cheap (2.50 for a 2 pack.) and sell them for 5 dollars. Ideas like this made him a grand within a weekend of just walking into clubs with a bunch of these on him.

You know as well as i and everyother person looking to make some money on the internet,That the amount (for now) Is not a real big deal. It more of the idea that we really did it! We proved to our selfs and to all those who has doubted us that we can do this, We can make money on the internet…I personally think that after a person like myself has bought a program or two, Maybe even three they study it go through it from front to back then do it again and again, Put things into action and BOOM,BANG,POW – Nothing happens, No traffic, No clicks, NO MONEY…… After doing this a time or two we tend to become scared, Scared or rejection, Scared the same thing will keep happening, Scared of FAILURE!
My idea would be for you as a successful internet marketer, If you really want to help us folks who can not afford to pay $197 or $397 or even $97 to find out if your stuff really works or not, Get together with a few of your buddy`s, Come up with one simple idea, One you would teach us FREE via video. A plan to make lets say $300 in a week, Do you have any idea what a extra $300 in a week could do for us? It would mean the difference in paying the rent or not, It could deceide wheather our kids got to eat or not, and most importantly it could be that money we need to buy medicne for someone we love. If what you teach us is good and really works for us Then we could afford to buy your courses, Maybe even run PPC ads! Well, That was my idea. There are a lot of good suggestions before me, but if I have to pick, it would be to make a GOOD video, voice and all of how to use Cpanel right. I know there’s a lot of them out there, but there’s never been one with actual words being spoken to show you the whole inners of the file folders and the permissions and such. Just little arrows pointing here and there, with no sound and they last for about 30 seconds on each thing. also, I think everyone above is right on the movie , so I’ll say something different and say it is “The Office” and one more thing ,not complaining but, I emailed the office 3 times and called once and never got an answer back, I had trouble downloading the package the first day and all I needed was another page to download it from so I could get started. Now I just got my package in the mail, so I guess it doesn’t matter now. I just hope that’a not the way the 90 day coaching will be……

Marcus, I would be getting started loads faster if affiliate programs didn’t COST money to locate the ones that supposedly pay out. How, where do you find companies that are looking for affiliates without having to come out of pocket ( for those of us in the red at the bank)? This is an emergency by the way.

How many hours are required to make it plain what goes on with each of the various aspects of marketing online? There are many ways to try to reach the world, each niche of the markets being approached in basically the same way; with getting whichever word you’re wanting to get put forth before those who are going to wanting to be buying the products or services you’re offering the focus of the intent.
Some of us understand nothing beyond concepts. I don’t necessarily know what stuff to create nor how the stuff gets moved to where I want it after I make the endeavor to create it. Some places allow that I can make a sales pitch on a site that is supposed to be mine, some don’t. Making my own site to do such things……………

OK love the whole concept of what you do………but now things have changed with regulations with Affiliate marketing.
I dont think it will hurt to much for those who do the right thing.
However would love your view on how to get around this new FTC.
Iv read a lot about it and know they wont be sueing left right and centre. ((hopefully)
(more like a stern school teacher telling the student to take it back (your website)and do it again properly if you get what I mean.) However I have heard 3 strikes and it could get nasty but dont quote me on that.
What I really would like to know is, how can we as your subscribers/owners of SSBP be way a head of other Internet Marketers with this new law inforcement.
Would love your opinion and even step by step screen shots of where to put information that state ” yes I am affiliated with this product.”
What and where on your landing page should we put down our ‘clauses”.
Should we have disclaimers written for every web site.?
Will be have to get the actual product before we can “review it” etc

Cause from what I have read we have to be very careful with including testomonials, and we have to give some indication of what is a “Typical outcome” (how in the heck do you measure that in IM, Iv go no idea?.)

I Could Be Bringing Money In “IF,” There were some way of testing, some way to show my honesty toward an good opportunity. You see I’ve been spending A full month on the internet trying to make a buck or two. If it is so good and I could make money at this why can’t I get it, “FREE” like you offered at first. I don’t have a credit card or a debit card.
I had a stroke about 3 1/2 years ago which left me somewhat handicapped. I was out from Sunday to Sunday. the doctor told my family, “Go home and make Preparations for a funeral.” But my 2 siters, my dad and my 6 children did not take into it. They went home and instead of making funeral arrangments for me they made other arrangments for me.
My baby daughter made out paper work for SSI and SRS, So I getting $670.00 For the month back in Ks. “I was living Colorado at the time.” She is 26 years old and I was placed in a nursing home. I worked til I was able to get out of there. Now I am living in my own in a little house. My daughter’s told me I had made such great progress, I should be happy I am alive. I AM GLAD!!! but that don’t change the fact that I could be doing better.
I’ve heard form Anon. Addams, Jastin, Cory, Shawn, and others that I just believe
that they think I made the whole thing up. If I did that, how good of a Christian would I be.
I LOVE JESUS CHRIST AND I LOVE THE FACT THAT HE SAVED ME SO THAT I COULD CARRY OUT WHAT HE WANTED ME TO DO. Well it took me about 45 minutes to write this And I Am Sorry. But you do what you can do in HIS time.

(in response to your email marketing request) Come up with something silly but useful…like “how to be confident when starting your simple sites”. Make a skit with someone else in the video who has been successful with your program. You’re a funny guy-driving that little car through the air… you and a partner could come up with something great, I bet. How about a sock puppet show, or something? Or perhaps an interview – sit down and do an interview with one of your students “talk show” style. No choppy edited videos…but have the person actually be THERE in your office or something. It makes the videos much more personal- more personal than they have been so far. So far it’s been just you. Talking to the camera. The more personal you get, the more people will take interest. As an online “sales” person, you should already know this… It’s easy to spice things up a bit, but still be professional. The sky is the limit, dude!

Oh yes, the reason I chose “how to be confident when starting your simple site(s)” is because most of the success with your program, or ANY way to make money online, is due to having the correct mindset. 80% of it is mindset, 20% of it is ACTING on that mindset and actually putting up the site or buying the program if you don’t know how to put a site up already. Get what I mean, jelly-bean? Just another thing to ponder.

Marcus, Most of the people out here looking for a home buisness right now are complete newbies including myself, especially with this economy there are alot of first time people really looking for something that works.I have looked at videos from quit a few programs including yours, and the one thing that they all have in common is that they all go to fast as if we allready know this stuff. with that being said, I know that If you make a video starting with a nich, and how to find the right keywords, and how to set up a campaign, and how to build one of your simple sites, and how to link the site for ranking, and DO IT ALL REAL SLOW AND COMPLETE AN MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS AT A PACE WHERE A NEWBIE CAN SET THERE AND REALLY GET ALL OF THE CLICKS, DRAGS, DROPS,ECT. More people could come right in and really learn and have success.
Like others, I want a step by step “building a website” video that focuses on the technical stuff like the obtaining and placement of codes for links, etc.
Also, for reasons I can’t seem to understand, after 2 years Google suspended my account. As far as I know, I have not clicked on my own links nor have I changed the content. I am baffled and discouraged.

I have a pretty good idea about what to do but don’t understand what the difference in a domain and hosting are? when you have multipal web sites do you have one domain like {Mitchrecomends.com} for all your sites or do you have a domain for each?

I am still trying to figure out how to create the proper hyperlinks to a) ClickBank affiliate product, Paypal code, b) to the offer, testimonial,an other pages on the site and c) how to set up a site selling a product that you have the resale rights to? The videos provided went way too fast for me to follow.
When someone signs up for you offer, does aweber direct the customer to the download site?? how is this accomplished?
A tutorial video explaining all of this would be very helpful just to get a web site posted, so I can move on to the other challenges.
Also, is there a way to test a market w/o a web site to see if there is interest?
More in depth tutorial (video) on testing the keywords one has chosen.

I’m a little late to the party but I hope you get to read my suggestions because I’ve really been trying to figure out why I haven’t been able to follow through with your program.Like many I want to be able do this. A reason I noticed for me as well it seems from others who’s comments is it isn’t that simple to follow and to understand as you may believe for most people.Your videos are entertaining and may seem to be teaching but they are not really teaching as many of us as they should. Showing is not all there is to teaching.You wiz through some stuff you probably think we will understand but there are many small gaps of missing details that we don’t know.This needs to be Simple Sites for Dummies.Broken down into short little step by step videos that we can revisit any time and pickup any where we left off without watching a long video looking for and searching for a specific part and replaying it.Then trying to figure it out and follow what you are saying or doing.That is a “BUZZ Kill” (no pun intended).LOL
For Example. FTP What it is? How to use it? Show and Explain the exact process how to down load it and the exact process step by step SLOWLY why and how to use it.I know you think you did that but only sort of and too quickly. Short videos on each topic will help us follow and break it down to understand the process.So we can follow along as we go.You fly through some of this stuff assuming that just watching we will get it.I suggest you break down all your stuff that you have in your long videos into separate step by step videos and explain it so even your grandmother understands it.Remember it’s not only 20 somethings trying to learn this stuff. Even how to link to affiliate sites is not clearly explained to a newbe. My point is it should be designed that if you forget how to do something you can easily find that process to quickly reference back to anytime easily without trying to find it in long videos.It needs to be simple and easy to follow. I also believe we shouldn’t need coaching to show how to use it. Coaching should be to get better at what we learned from it.

Why don’t you do webinars and have real time Q & A suggestions? Get to really know your followers and clients and what we are having problems with? Also make it to be able to replay if we miss the webinar.

As someone brand new, I think a glossery of acronyms in the manual would be helpful. SEO? CPM? CPC? And on and on….A next video? Once again, as a brand new person, I think a video outlining the steps to take to figure out which avenue to approach in chapter two would be good. My choice would be “Run a Content Driven Paid Web Site”. Something that could quick start me on making just a few bucks to get up and running with other things…

Hi Marcus,I have a magic website called magicshowcase.ws. I’m a part of an affilliate program with pubtricks.com. I got the domain name thru GDI “GLOBAL DOMAIN INTERNATIONAL”. THe franchised sight was set up for me because I am computer illiterate I can’t comprehend the technical lingo or it’s application when it comes to doing thingsor adding things to my site. I want so much to be a simple sites member but I have no one to help and teach me the steps.I have read and watched all the emails and videos that you sent me.Each time I sign off I leave still thinking to myself what the heck is he talking about. That’s where I stop. If I cant understand the technical stuff how can ai be a succses on a web site. If you are willing to teach me the steps in a way that I can understand Or If you know some one who can help teach I’ll be willing to learn. I’ll even pay someone to teach me.

I would say the biggest issue seems to be with the actual building of the websites and getting them on to the net. The rest of it can all be worked through easily by going through your videos (IMHO). Does one need FP to build the site? Once it is built what would you do to place it on the net?
I think much of this is an art but the nuts and bolts of building a site could use more detail.

hi marcus, i purchased your course a few months ago and can truthfully say that the information you have given has been great and i have learnt more from you in these last few months than all these other programs i have tried but got nowhere in showing how you can make an income online,you provide a lot of information which i have been learning, it would be a help me and probably other beginners if the information was a little easier step1 then do step2 etc, because of being a beginner everything seems daunting, but my goal is to make an income online and i am sure i will be able to do this with what you have taught in your videos,many thanks, david

Leaned so much, but when AI go back to check videos to correct or learn and can’t quite figure it out…I hear your comment…It’s REALLY,Really easy- but it isn’t. I think we all start at lot of different levels.

You are wonderful (you must be cos my sons name also Marcus) for even just all the help you are ALREADY PROVIDING. I have been at it for 5months now. Started with NO knowledge of either computer or Internet Marketing. My diningroom has turned into an office cos I have printouts of a million PAPERS instead of a million bucks! I have NEVER read so much in all my life!Well last week ONLY I got A weber and a Domain from Go Daddy. A week later and been READING about these 2 and what/how you suppose to use them.(The “old” brain does not work like it use to). I am not a member (cant afford it)but thank you for sending the vidios,dont you dare stop them cos I enjoy them, and like Mohammad Ali said, if you have to puchase from another country it works out very very expensive. Your $1 is R10 to our currecy,so most of the things you have to buy is 10-1 and yessssss everyody,when we get it back it is ALSO 10-1 but if you dont have money laying around, and have to watch every penny it is a lot. So OK, my problem(besides the money) is also that you get to a brick wall how to link everything together and as much as you hit your head you just feel more dum, dummer and dumest! And then yes also MY FAULT is, I cannot seem to keep FOCUS! I have to agree with Jerry. I have spent almost 6 months now trying to get this to work. I have dont everything i have been taught. I now only work half time at j.o.b to get a business up and running, wich doesnt work, so i loose lots of money. And not to mention how much ive spent on socalled Gurus products, wich doesnt nothing more than draining your bankacount. Still i keep going. But soon I will have to drop the “internet marketing thing” all together and realise that I have lost so many hours and really much cash trying. So no, it sure isnt easy.. I have my doubt that it actually works. I have mady a few sales, but not over 100$ in total in 6 months. A step by step program that works would be awesome. If you figure that out, ill buy every product you have but it must work before i spent a dime more.

I am like most of the other responders in that I have had very little success with internet sales. For me building the website is fairly easy but after the website is up and running a problem that I run into is how to drive traffic to the website and/or the landing and/or squeeze pages. A video addressing this would be very helpful particularly addressing any tips to speed it up the process.
I don’t have an Idea For ‘New Simple Sites Video’ yet. I just want to comment on your teaching. I am actually learning what you’re teaching. You’re a good teacher making it easy to learn marketing.I look foreward to telling you I’m earning cash because of your lessons.
