We will go over each site together and talk about conversion, tracking, seo, ppc, all that good stuff.

Tons of traffic but not many sales. I have had this same thing for about 6 months now. Tweak here and there but I still do not convert very well. PLEASE HELP.
I have several eBay partner websites and my latest is http://www.51speakers.com and another that is averaging about $5.00 a week due to low traffic is http://www.americascorvette.com. I purchased Marcus “Simple Sites” about a year ago. I have found it to add some good knowledge value, however I had some problems in contacting to ask questions and decided to go it alone with the web sites I am now building including http://www.streetrodmemories.com.
Twitter is increasing traffic some, but traffic is the main issue in increasing profits.
I think Marcuse id very honest and has an interest in helping others succeed like he has while continuing to build his business. He is very knowledgeable. I speak as a man who has followed his business. Niche keyword has been my best approach as well as word press.
I’ve been trying to get better keyword rankings. My personal site has been coming along very good.

I’ve had my site now for about 2 1/2 years. I’ve not really concentrated on getting traffic to it as much as making sure things are working correctly and that I have some good features and an affiliate program. The site is a retail gift store featuring products from a large variety of categories so it can appeal to a large audience. I’d like to start generating more traffic now and also getting more visitors interested in the affiliate program. what bothers me the most is the n/a page rank of the home page despite in bound links. google has indexed my pages according to it’s webmaster tools so i know its not banned.
i guess not all of my inbound links have been found by the search engines, is there any thing i can do to make all my link building efforts pay off?

My site is about Organic Living and has been up since March 2009. It mentions gardening, natural insect control, organic seeds and fertilizer, organic Health & Beauty and Hydroponic gardending. The keywords are organic gardening and all the content is relevent on the webpage. The links on the page are all affilate links. The site was simply to design and fast your correct there. But big profits NO atleast not yet there is still work required. My url has been submitted to the web’s top search engines & directories but it takes 8-10 weeks to index it. So you can design the web page in about an hour, but its the time between submission and indexing I’m wondering about. What happens after your site is indexed by the search engines? 1&1 webhosting also mentioned optimize my web page what is this? Even though you sign up for Google Adsense PPC you still need that traffic.
From reading the comments on your page it seems that the BIG issue is Traffic, without that and lots of it your web page is just out there in cyber space. And who is the one making profits off of this. The different companies that are used to design your sight. Web hosting, Keyword Elite, Clipart, Autoresponders, etc. etc. etc.
I think everyone that has commented on your page is extending are hand out asking for help
This is a brand new website still under construction. I am a personal trainer and I want this site to not only be viewed by everyone but to also be a tool for my clients to use as well. Each client will have their own page on my site that will have their diets posted as well as their current statistics, etc. I can use all of the help I can get on this because I am brand new to building and maintaining a website.

I was very concerned that when I started to get sign ups, I would not be a proper sponsor. Reason being, I would not be able to answer my prospects questions in a professional and intellegent manner as I feel I have no sponsor to help me as there is STILL much I need to learn in order to help others. (REALLY CHECK OUT YOUR SPONSOR WHEN YOU BUY INTO AN OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE IF YOU DON’T KNOW THE ROPES AND YOUR SPONSOR IS USELESS, IT IS GOING TO BE VERY DIFFUCULT TO BE SUCCESSFUL. The other site I have is http://www.home-biz-wealth-generator.com This site is linked to the MLM Mastermind System. I have only been involved for a short time with this and the information and the way the system is set up seems to be a system that should work.
So in summary what is needed now is traffic and conversions to these site and start bearing the fruits of internet marketing.

I am not sure if I have done this site right to meet consumer expectations and needs, so any help and advice would be appreciated. I haven’t had a lot of response to it, yet. Been following your words for some time now. I’ve got myself a number of niche websites that are doing pretty good for just starting out. This site >> http://www.wood-carving-machine-tips.com << was doing good up until about a month ago when traffic really started to drop off. This is the first site i created and so i have more attachment to it than the others. I’m not sure what is the problem here, maybe the economy, maybe not.

I would like to build a website, in blog format, to start writing a book about an experience I had 20 years ago. Well, it started 20 years ago anyway. I had a bad car accident, and among other injuries got a severe brain injury out of it.
In my years of recovery following my brain injury I have ‘learned’ a lot of stuff (not just how to talk again and what my name is) and I feel I have a few things to say. I think writing a sort of diary, where I tell about my life today and also talk about my injury & on-going recovery is the model I will work with to get some pages written.
If this could become a money making site as well, all the better. If I can help others out and achieve an income doing it, what better way to live?

http://fernleynews.com was launched in 2005 because frankly I was fed up with a once a week paper with 10 day old news and information. Since then, I have found out that there were plenty of people that were thinking the same thing. With newspapers shrinking and going under along with more people searching online, I’m glad I did this.
This is not a normal news site by far. Of course it has the normal news and classifieds but I get lots of releases from my readers and add in mainstream media to include regional TV, radio and other newspaper stuff.
I’ve also done all of this from scratch by myself.
I’ve adapted your simple sites criteria into the site by using pages instead of URL’s.
I’ve used adwords (usually for around 20 cents or less a pop and article pages with sales links i.e http://fernleynews.com/092748034432/anexiety-and-stree-elemination-page.html
My pride and joy is a one of a kind Video Merchant Gallery that is on the site. This is the one thing that needs to be exposed better. The merchants that are using it love it, and it’s bringing them more business.

What I’ve done is offer not just video, but a full page for my merchants. These are not only local, they are national as well.
It’s not automated because I usually work one on one with the merchants to tailor the page to reflect their business and the feel of what they’re doing. Yes, different is better.
The best page to date that has all the goodies integrated into it is the bowling alley in town. This page has it all.
Logo, information, video, coupons, rss blog feed from his fernley 360 community module, location map, opt-in link, contact page, page counter and feedback form on the page for readers to see. He also has other advertising peppered on the site to lead in and direct readers to this page.
I’ve cross linked everything including the outside modules and made sure the new pages have all the necessary meta descriptions and tags. I also integrated MySpace and YouTube in the mix.
I use to have visitors go straight to the news page but changed the start page to a magazine cover to allow a choice to what section the user wanted to go. My visitor count did drop by doing this, but my page views per user went up dramatically. Right now I’m getting around 30,000 per month with and income of around $300 (yuck).
I’ve spent a lot of time on content, added tons of info in from submitted press releases ( as a community service for free! I seem to do a lot of this.) This is why I opened up the Fernley360 community module. Users could blog their business and add events which migrate over to the main events page and the main news page as a feed and free up my time.
So, the big question is – what direction do I go for better conversion?
I’ve got reasonable rates ranging from $20 a month to $200 a year depending on the spot and type of advertising. Many depend on my site (both regional and national) and if it went away they would be screaming. So how do I get them out of this “I want it all for free” frame of mind?
It’s probably right under my nose, but I can’t see it through the trees.

I have an affiliate review site for a popular and well known affiliate training site. I purchased the domain a year ago, but the site is two and a half months old. I would like more targeted traffic without having to pay for ads. I don’t know enough about PPC to use it yet. Also, I don’t think enough visitors are clicking through to the merchant site. Made this website about a month ago with a free website building site called talkspot.com. The site is very cool and their sofware is EASY TO NAVIGATE. A monkey could do it.
Anyway I took the next step and paid for my domain name and one year of hosting in advance. I have several e-mail submitters that I’ve used, including a PayPal submitter that I’ve paid for.
To this date, I haven’t had one response, or made even one penny.
Can you suggest something to improve this result? I believe I explained everything on the information page in great detail in very simple terms. I’m not sure I could be more explicit. I have had this site up for a couple of months. Search engines do not like it as it is ranked badly. I am improving the content currently but there is really no competition so I thought I would rank pretty high by now. How is my ad placement? Conversion is low too. I’m a newbie and I need advice on getting more web traffic. I don’t have a whole lot of money for advertising and to be honest, ppc intimidates the heck out of me! I’ve used free methods to get my site out there and I’ve had some traffic, but only a few conversions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My site is set up with that I believe is good content, but it has no traffic and only one affilate marketing link (sorry about the competition). How do I set up links to other sites to increase traffic? How do I acquire other affiliates and more free product to (again) increase traffic. How do I get set up with Adsense?
