Author: Ok, so im thinking of having a coaching club for people who already have websites. This will be a 4 week coaching club designed to get you on the fast track to making profits… or making more profits.
We will go over each site together and talk about conversion, tracking, seo, ppc, all that good stuff.

I have two sites. http://www.freelancegrafix.com using Joomla. Nothing is in it.
Second site is http://www.opportown.com I tried copying and pasting a URL from Clickbank in it with no success.
Links are broken, can’t get it right so not moving forward, need help. If I can get this working then need to learn to properly monetize it.
I have played around with this site to try and learn seo. I am on the second page of google for the keyword potty training puppies. I have no conversions. I NEED HELP! I think this chance is great. I can’t wait to see the next video.

Hi Marcus, I’ve been building nylon bullwhips & snakewhips over the past 5 years, and just about 1 1/2 yrs ago put up a simple website, http://www.neawhips.com. Since its launch, I’ve added several more pages & receive anywhere from 2500-3000 hits a month. Of course, since all the whips are hand-made, I’m limited to the number I can build at a time. This past year I came out with a whip-making ebook, downloadable from the website. Very soon I’ll be making another related ebook. With all the emails I receive each day, and the number of ppl who want whips, I simply cannot keep up with it. This is good, yet I’d love to know some more ways in which the site can be making more money while I’m already working on making whips. I know it isn’t possible, but if the whips I sold were digital, I’d be pumping them out hand over fist. I’d love to hear any critique or suggestions you may have for the site. Thanks again for all your helpful info in the vids, I enjoy them thoroughly!

I have had my site set up since approx Nov 07. After 4 months i was showing in search engines and income rose gradually with traffic up until Jan 09 when i dropped off for the majority of terms i was ranking for.

My web site is new about 2mo. old. I have managed to get around 300 visits a day but no one is buying anything. Can’t get them to convert. I have adsence also, but earning very little with it. I have been considering dumping it and trying something else, but I have tried other mlm and such but I have the same problem. NO CONVERSION! I know other sites are earning money with thier sites so what am I doing wrong.

Marcus, I learned through free stuff on the Web, like your videos (excellent, by the way!) how to build simple sites, like this one I did as an experiment to test what I learned.
I got quickly indexed by Google but get an average of just 2-3 visitors a day from organic traffic only and, so far, no sales …
I have an US$ 80.00 credit at Yahoo (PPC) from long ago and plan to start using it now on new sites, in new niches. So if you have any advice for me, it will be REALLY appreciated.

I build sites around datafeeds. My AW stats suggest I get a fair amount of traffic but my google analytics stats tell a different story, according to google, I receive only one or two visitors a day.
I need to increase traffic and conversions(0 so far).
I have done some social bookmarking, directory submission and search submission, none of these tactics seem to help.

Just finished this website and have posted a youtube video about it today. I think the website is too busy and confuses the visitor. I think that I should take some things away. And maybe reduce the website to one or two pages instead of 6 pages. Any help would be appreciated. I have note promoted this site except for the youtube video. I plan on using google addwords in the future when the site looks like I think it should.

My website is http://www.tattooremovalsolutions.com I have had it up for about 4 months now. It gets about 50 or so hits per day. I am making about $1.00 per day in adsense on the site. I have made zero affiliate sales. It seems to get the most traffic for the key words: “tattoo removal cover up ideas”. I’m not sure how that happened. I would like to be optimized for the keywords “laser tattoo removal”, “laser tattoo cream” and of course just “tattoo removal”–but I do not show up for those key words. Hey Marcus. Joined your club not long a ago and have been struggling with multiple issues trying to get going. I get nibbles but haven’t found the sweet spot yet. I started in a niche thats pretty saturated…making money on-line. I am set up with several affiliate programs…clickbank….commission junction…etc. I am getting 15-20 hits a day and traffic is gradually increasing but I need to increase the traffic and I am still not getting sales. I have an opt in list and have garnered about 35 members so far but still no sales. I guess my big problem is..yep….”No Sales”. http://makeyourmoneygrow.net

Well. It gets about 200 uniques a month. About 2 join the list and every six months I get a sale. Any way to make this work for better conversions I am all ears for that. It also has a blog.

I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to spend a little time possibly checking out my website. I have had it up now for about two weeks on this site after giving up on a couple of other ones that were just a mess. My sites name is http://www.awesomeonlinebiz.com and I have got it ranking second and third under keywords “awesome online business” and ranked eighth under “awesome online business ideas”. My site is a blog based one similar to this blog site that you have but I am much, much newer at this than you are. I have know idea how much (or little) traffic that I am getting. Obviously I have zero conversions so far. This is my most frustrating part. Lots of information out there teaching us how to build our sites and everything like that, but no examples that I have seen yet of how to build them to convert and that is truly why we are all here. We all can make some money on the Internet as it is one huge pie with plenty to go around.
If I could get any feed back at all, I am sure that it will put me over the top. Thanks for your time Marcus.

I could always use more traffic to my site! We remove junk from people’s houses. We have cleaned out a lot of foreclosed properties lately, with the economy the way it is a lot of people unfortunately are losing their homes, and most leave a lot of stuff behind.
I would welcome any tips or advice that you could give.

I started my website http://www.arcadegamer.us about a year ago. It’s a casual video game site with over 2000 free flash games. along the way I’ve added a few pics and videos to the site. I had no idea what I was doing when I started. I have tried to incorporate some of the things I’ve learned from your course into my site. I currently have 120 registered members, but still very little traffic. I’ve tried ppc advertising and have been getting clicks for .08 to .12 cents with no conversions to my affiliate products. I’m Spending way more in advertising than I’m getting in profits.

Here’s a site I built for the Joomla! community and people thinking about using Joomla!
I wanted a way to make money and help my visitors to make money, but also show people how easily they can build a site using Joomla!. I wanted to offer this to everyone, so I have even started offering free Joomla! hosting, with free instant Joomla! installation and setup.
Also I have given users a way to monetize their profile with rss feeds to their own affiliate products, their own adsense, and their own banners. They can link to their profile easily. You can also advertise any affiliate program or Joomla links for free. For extra exposure, write an article and link it to your download, etc.
Basically I am just having trouble getting traffic to the site. It is only about 2 months old. Any advice you can give me will help, and thanks again. I really hope you choose my site!

I made my first site and got it posted a few weeks ago. It got good traffic and clicks the first day and then just dove every day after that. I know it needs some work, but I got stalled with where to go from the launch and how to get opt in lists, etc. I modeled it after your video with the ebook about betta fish. In 2001 I decided to build a website about the dangers of tobacco use, my addiction to nicotine and my successful battle with smoking induced lung cancer as a public service. I struggled with learning how to build, publish and maintain the site through trial and error. Over the years I have not intentionally made any money with it and the traffic has not been all that great.
Since it is a labor of love I feel that it can be structed in a better fashion that could possibly benefit a lot of people and maybe earn me a little money.

I don’t know my conversion rate yet and I don’t trust PPC to be profitable.
I am starting off using:
-a backlinks service that gets me PR6, PR7, and PR8 ranked 1 way backlinks, most with my own anchor text. This only costs $.17/link and I can get 1 link per day.
-articles I write and post through a article spinning service that clones the article and posts on low PR article directories. I have not yet posted one for this site but I have used this with another site and it built up 1 PR0 – PR2 backlink per day using 2 articles over a 45 day period.
-articles I write that I post directly on Ezine. I have posted one so far but I did post 6 articles for my other site so I have expert status.
I have a list of 5 low competition medium volume keyword phrases that I am focusing on initially that generate a collective 150k monthly searches and all have less then 10k competitive pages. The first of these is the domain name, “build family tree online.”

My website is about 2 years old now. It is getting between 200-400 unique visitors a day, but doesn’t make much money. Only about $300.00 a month.
All traffic is natural, and it has page one rankings on Google, for several hundred search terms.
I would seem that the income should me considerably higher.

I have been working so much on my off-page SEO, I have not really had a “hard review” of my actual site in a while.
The site is making about $200 a month right now but I am hoping to make about $900 a month (3 sales a day at 9.97) from this site, once I get “above the fold” in the search results (Google)for my main keyword: Lease Purchase
Site also ranks on the first page for some longer tail (more specific) keywords and I think I can take the #1 spot for them, but they don’t have that much daily search volume.
Like everyone else, I am hoping you will pick my site for the review.
