Author: Best buy is the biggest crap company in the world… would you like to know why?
CASE: First i purchase a laptop with the great best buy warranty… laptop BREAKS… so i take it to the store… they say ship to manufacturer… SO I PISSED AWAY $350 on a warranty…
CASE 2: I get the great and wonderful best buy reward zone card… rack up $500 in money they are supposed to send me (i own a business so i spend a lot there) and one of the employees changes the address to go to her… I call best buy… NO REMEDY… NO APOLOGY… NOTHING… so i cancel my reward zone acct…and eat $500!
CASE 3: I get a home theater system… it breaks… THEY OFFER no remedy… no return… nothing and basically tell me to F off… one lady got mad because i was on the phone with HER 24 minutes… I WAS ON FOR 2 hours… what the hell is going on… don’t people care about customers???
BEST BUY SUCKS and does not care about customers at all SHOP AT BEST BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
